Voxmark (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) is a voice diary and reminder application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used. Voxmark is designed to keep your diary content on your device whenever possible.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the Voxmark Android application published under the package name com.voxmark.app on Google Play.

2. Information we process

Depending on how you use the App, the following information may be processed:

• Diary content you create (typed or spoken text, calculator expressions) — stored locally on your device.
• Reminders / todos derived from diary content — stored locally on your device.
• App preferences such as language and reminder sound settings — stored locally on your device.
• Microphone audio — used only while you are recording, for on-device speech recognition. Audio is processed locally and is not uploaded by Voxmark to our servers.

Voxmark does not require an account and does not currently include advertising, in-app purchases, or third-party analytics SDKs.

3. How speech recognition works

Speech-to-text runs on your device using an offline model bundled with the App. Your spoken audio is used to produce text on-device. Voxmark does not send your diary audio or diary text to Voxmark-operated cloud servers for recognition or storage.

4. Permissions

The App may request the following Android permissions:

• Microphone — to capture speech for on-device recognition.
• Notifications — to show reminder alerts.
• Exact alarms / scheduling — to trigger reminders at the times you set.
